At CEPA Company we place the highest level of importance upon the training of our technicians. Every CEPA Company technician receives a minimum of 6 to 12 months of hands on field training as well as classroom and seminar training, in our training facility and abroad. That period is then followed up with an in house written and practical exam. This process is completed before the technician is allowed to perform certification duties without strict supervision. All CEPA Company technicians are then tested and accredited by IAFCA (International Air Filtration Certifiers Association) on Biological Safety Cabinets, Laminar Flow devices and Fume hoods. NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) on Biological Safety Cabinets. In addition they are subjected to continual in-house training and monthly technical meetings where they receive safety training, industry updates, spec updates and are tested on their knowledge. This continual training of our field personnel ensures that CEPA Company can provide the most up to date and complete service possible. Our in house Training Center is not only used to train our employees and customers but is also an official NSF proctoring site.

CEPA Company is committed to providing the most complete service and accurate documentation possible. All our testing is done within our established procedures (SOP’s) and the standards published by the equipment manufacturers or the responsible organizations.
