Job Description:
Field Service Technician.  New technicians receive 6 to 12 months of supervised in-house and on-the-job training.  Technicians are responsible for performance testing, troubleshooting and repair services, equipment maintenance and customer relations.   All CEPA Operations, Inc. technicians are accredited by NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) and CNBT (CETA National Board of Testing) to ensure their competency in the certification industry. 

Customer relations, Communication skills, Mechanical experience, HVAC experience, Equipment maintenance, Electronics troubleshooting, the ability to handle multiple tasks, Paperwork and reporting.

This is a field service position.  Successful applicants will receive baseline training in Clean Air Device Testing and Certification, Commissioning, Environmental Sampling, Equipment Installation, and Decontamination Services.  Applicants must have a minimum High School Diploma or equivalent and maintain a valid driver’s license.  This position requires driving, out of town travel, mandatory overtime hours and weekend work.  Out of town expenses are paid.  Applicant must have clean driving record, be drug free and have no felony convictions.  Applicants are required to pass drug test prior to be considered for employment.
